B2B quote and order terms for approved accounts.

Sales are business-to-business only through quote requests and approved accounts. Minimum order quantities apply per packaging; sampling and MOQ waivers are not offered.

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote document (default 30 days). Freight shown on quote-ready documents reflects verified freight costs at time of quote preparation.

Cancellation is not available once an order is in processing. Payment is via Stripe invoice after account approval unless otherwise agreed in writing with ICD.
